I just received my Trans Union Credit Report and I'm confused about something. I had a banruptcy that discharged in 1998. Some of the accounts that were discharged are listed as "included in bankruptcy" while others are listed as "Profit & Loss writeoff" or "charged off as bad debt"

Do I need to dispute in order to get all of the accounts listed as "included in bankruptcy" ? The way my report looks right now, it seems I have 5 accounts that were charged off due to non-payment when in actuality they were in my bankruptcy.

Currently I have a mortgage, car loan, and Providian (all never late)and have a new Cap 1 card on it's way.. but those are the only accounts I actual HAVE at this time...

Also, I'm showing TWO mortgages... what happened is the company changed the account numbers and now it looks like I have two mortgages!

    Any advice woudld be great!

Yeah, the best thing to do would be to dispute, same thing with the mortgage thing, these are
    all creditor mistakes.
