I use "credit watch" from experian to update me on any changes that are made to my credit that I'm not aware of. Whenever I pull my credit report to look at it. I notice that the amounts I owe on credit cards and such don't update as often as I would like. I know my scores are based on amount owed, overall credit used etc. When I send in my disputes for my credit report, should I submit disputes for the amounts owed on each credit card? Also I owe back child support and that shows up on my credit report as well. I've pretty much caught up with it but it doesn't appear as if that's being update either.
What should I do about this?

They do this to keep your scores deceptive low.
