I am being sued by CACH, LLC for an alleged Household account....I checked credit report and the entry for the alleged Household account states.

    Pay Status>Payment After Charge Off/Collections
    Balance 0.00
    Past due 0.00
    High Balance xxxx.xx

The other 2 accounts I have just state the pay status as charge off.

Can I use this in my motion to dismiss summary judgment?

    No.

CACH bought the debt, therefore you no longer owe Household. That's why Hhold is reporting a -0- balance.

    The debt didn't disappear.

Credit reporting really doesn't pertain to underlying debts unless you're asserting a counter or attempting to use it to establish the statute of limitations as a defense.
