My fiance received a copy of her credit report from Experian, which has here middle name completely wrong of the credit report. What does this mean? What can we do about this?

She should have received a form with the credit report to make corrections on it. I would enclose a photocopy of her licence or birth certificate and social security card if available, to proove the correct name.
