I sent my disputes to the cra and it has been 30 days as of today, how much more longer do i wait before responding to them again about my disputes? and how should i present my letter to them this time.
Did you dispute online or regular mail? If regular mail - did you send it CRRR or just run of the mill first class? Mail does get lost in our "glorious" postal sevice. If you don't get a response soon, dispute it again, but send it CRRR.
They have 30 days from receipt, check the date they signed for it. They are also allowed five days for mail time to you. Give it about a week, then send another, CMRRR. But, be happy that generally the longer it takes, the better the chance of deletion! (the OC does not respond w/in the 30 days...)
