    My Providian card has been reported to Experian and Trans Union for a year.

    How do I add 12 months of on-time payments to my Equifax report?

    Seem strange,My card reported to all three
    every month since August.

    Providian reports to all three bureaus.

    Providian reports to all three bureaus. If they are not showing on one of your reports, you need to write them a letter and/or call them to investigate. Good luck!
