Was going over my trw and there is a account that I had filed b.r. on in 96 the account is now over 7yrs old but still be listed as a creditor charge off listed not to come off til 7 yrs. from bankruptcy it is noted that it was included in bankruptcy but there using the bank. date for 7yr. mark all ready disputed and all they did was add the included in b.r. notation.???any info. on that.
