hi, just would like to know what to do if one of the three credit agency will not remove an item that the other two verified and removed? i believe it was transunion that kept things on my file that i disputed that the other two deleted. is there something i can do? please help.

lb, Either I have not been around here long enough (about a year) or I need a manual to decifer some of your posts... But to answer the original question... The best thing to do is perform a search on the postings. You will find a variety of opinions of how to handle it...Most mentioning requesting verfication from the CA. You can try a procedures request with TU. I've had some OC's do that, and am in the process of writing them letters reminding them if they update one, they have to update all, demanding they change the one report still hanging (as per the FCRA).
