I'm sure this has been covered before but I was unable to locate it through the "search" function. Therefore, I must ask,"Is there a website that allows consumers to pull their own reports without it showing up as an inquiry?" Big Mike
Not sure I understand what you mean... When a consumer pulls their own CR it is considered a "soft" inquiry that does not affect your scores
It should be a soft inquiry. There have been some reports on this board of reports pulled by the consumer from some online services that may have shown as hard. I don't know if this was an error by the online site in how they reported the inquiry on the report they provided, if it was actually submitted to the CRA as a hard inquiry, or if it is a current problem.
