    Hello -
Can you tell me if all banks use the middle credit score from all three credit bureaus when evaulating for a mortgage approval? Not sure if it is the individual bank that chooses what score they use or if it is a standard to use the middle score?
    Thanks!

Most use the middle score. Some will use the top score.

One of the programs I use as a mortgage originator, averages all three of the scores (or all six if there is a co-borrower.) Especially advantageous if the primary earner has credit scores in the 500, and the homemaker has scores in the 700s.
