Can anyone recommend a resource (software/online tool) to assess the impact of various actions on the FICO score. Specifically, the "what-if" scenarious that I am interested in include closing credit card accounts, paying down the mortgage balance, etc. Equifax has a very rudimentary version, but I am looking for something more comprehensive.
