Ok so myfico.com which I'v been told has the most accurate in scoring has my scores at 579 and 597 but when my lender pulled them they were different. My equifax was actually higher it was 602 and my tu was higher at 621 why is this has this happened to any one before. thanks
You have 3 FICO scores, and it's not uncommon for there to be a 50 point spread among all 3. They fluctuate constantly depending upon different data reported to each bureau, so your scores can easily change from one day to the next. Also, you need to make sure you're really comparing apples to apples. Lenders often use their own scores that include the FICO score as well as some other info. They aren't the same scores, but they often still refer to them as your FICO score. There are other credit bureau scores that get thrown into the mix too.
