Where can I find information as to how an inquiry and how a new account will effect my credit score? For example.. An inquiry will bring my score down by 5 points and a new account will bring my score down another 5 points.. Thanks! By the way.. I am told Bank One needs a 700 score to approve an application. American Express told me for their Business Gold Card they need a 680 score for approval.
