Here are a couple of sites that attempt to explain how credit scores are calculated, and why it is an unfair practice. One of these is from a conference put on by the FTC and Fair Isaac. According to these sites, your age, location, occupation, and income all influence your score. They don't explain why it can change drastically in 24 hours. Duh!! We are missing something here.....
