Hello There, I sign up for the 30 day trial yesterday and it took my credit card info and then got email saying that is process and I can go and look at it now... well I try last nite to access it and it said something like they are doing system updates and have capture my order and will notify me by email when is available... well I call today and talk to customer service and the rep told me that nothing is wrong with the account is just their is a system glitch and the rep told me to get on trying until the end of the day... have this happen to you before.... well just now I went to myfico and order score power and got it right away how weird.... anyways... the rep told me not to worry my card won't be charge until the 30 days is up...
CW is not the most reliable service. You have to keep trying. And, they will never notify you like they promised. Wait awhile and try again. Last week they were saying that the system was down for a couple more months. But others were getting on. I eventually got on also.

They DENY access because of EXCESSIVE "SOFT" inquires THEY put on your report (UP TO 4 A DAY PER REPORT). They didn't NOTIFY me of the 2 point drop...I ASSUME THEY SHOULD HAVE...
Hello There, Thank You for all of your help but I already cancel the service today but the rep told me that they will send me an email to let me know once the file has been corrected so I can look at it online for now I will just use the myfico.com website to get the reports... Thx, Kev
