Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with CW this week? For at least 2 days, I have tried to access a new report (I have the old pull one every day version) and yesterday and today it said something to the effect that they had received my request and I would get an e-mail when I could access my report???!!!????WHAT???? I called yesterday and the clueless rep who answered the phone stammered around and finally said the system was down for a while, try later. Well, I didn't try again until today and when I clicked on "get a new one" I got that same stupid message. Anyone?
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME ! From 4/26-5/8 - Tells you that you have an order in process and they'll email you when its ready to view. It pissed me off - I'd call a rep and they'd be like "we're having technical problems, it'll be fixed in 24 hours." Finally I spoke to a supervisor and really had to pitch a fit to even get them on the phone. Within 2 days after that it was fixed.
Well, thanks. I think the last one I pulled was Sunday afternoon. I'm starting to get pissed as well - this isn't what I paid for. Guess I'll call and try to get a supervisor as well because the kid I talked to was obviously clueless!! Thanks!
I got that problem resolved on mine several weeks ago.. apparently they've been doing something with their systems lately. Give their customer service a call. It works.
Ugh! I breaks my heart to realize that my unlimited daily pulls come to an end 5/30/2003 *sigh* What do I do now
