Credit Watch Not working???

    Hi! I tried to pull my credit report this morning and I got this message:

    Thank you for your interest! Our records show that you have already ordered this product. Please return to the Member Center to access the products and services you've ordered. If you believe this to be an error, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-532-0179 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

    What is going on? I thought we had unlimited access like Credit Expert?

    No..I'm not calling either! I was lucky enough to get them to change something via fax yesterday. I don't want to jinx myself. I tell you though...if they are not going to give me unlimited access, they better give me the 3 reports I was promised when I signed up for the trial.......

    I got the same message for me and hubby. Maybe you have to wait exactly 24 hours before pulling a new one?? Not sure.

    ScorePower isn't working either. I had purchased 4 Scorepowers last fall and used 3 of them. I had 1 left. Now it is showing I have zero left! This same thing happened to me last year but at that time I had 3 left but it showed 0. It took me about 8 e-mails and 2 phone calls to get it fixed.
