Am I the only one that keeps getting the "we are experiencing a high volume of traffic and your transaction has been captured......" message?

I've been getting it for days now.

I just tried to sign up and they told me that they couldn't validate my credit card. This card is perfectly fine and I used it to pull a $12.95 yesterday WTF??? Has anyone else had this problem while signing up for credit watch?

No problems here. I signed up around noon today without a hitch.

    Yes, I get that message.

I called about it. They said my file was too large and can't be viewed online

    Score Power "Glitch"

    Just an FYI...

If you already have Score Power, you'll see that the FICO score is updated to the current date...unfortunately, the credit report remains the same.

Example: When I looked at my Score Power Credit Report obtained on 3/25/02, the FICO score is dated 4/10/02 and Credit report is dated 3/25/02.

I still can't get mine. Is there anyone here who got this message yesterday that has been able to see their report through Credit Watch?

I just signed up for Credit Watch and it went through just fine, I got my report and score and even started my first on-line investigation!! I was waiting until I finished refinancing my mortgage (after 5 months of he**). If I had been reading this site, I would have done the credit repair first and then refinanced, but I was already deeply into it. Oh well. I was suprised to see that my score was not as bad as the mortgage report showed--593. So not too far a climb out of the 500 club!

I already have a subscription to this service and since they made the change, I don't see where I can request a new report/score except for the bottom where I can pay $12.95 for another Scorepower.

    What am I missing?

I have 6 listed already - the last one being April 9th. I don't have the "get a new one" option. I thought it was now unlimited reports?
