Illini: Another success story just came in by email. It's posted on my website in it's entirety complete with the email header info which I had to change just a bit to protect the identity of the person. This person does not know about this forum as far as I know. He demanded validation and the fancy lawyer turned tail and ran, sending the account back to the client and refuses to have anything more to do with it. That's basically the story, (for quickies) The whole saga is on the website and it is complete just as the man sent it to me. Although he's as happy as a bug in a rug, I had to inform him that just because the lawyer turned tail and ran, the fight isn't over yet. He still has to get it off his credit bureau files, but with the lawyer having hightailed it off over yonder and admitting it on his letterhead, my client isn't likely to have much problem getting rid of the report on his credit bureau files. Do my strategies work? Hey, the evidence is starting to pour in.
