The thing that this doesn't really take into account are any CHARGEOFFS or judgements or collection agencies on the CR. I filled this out and got a 638 score. I know I can't possibly get this high because I have multiple CHARGEOFFS.

Of course I will have 0 30,60,90 day lates in the past year or even the past 2 years. All the 30-90-120 day lates are 3-5 years ago so they don't count as much..

So how accurate is this thing for people like me then??

The analyzer is useless even without chargeoffs or judgements.

The creditanalyzer is fairly accurate if you have no charge-offs, judgments or liens. The score on the creditanalyzer and my FICO score usually are within 2-5 points of one another. If you have charge-offs, late pays and liens, I've seen the the analyzer be off by as many as 75 points.

I have no judgments or chargeoffs or anything like that, but my score is about 90 points off.
