Alright folks, that's ENOUGH! There are different ways to skin a cat. Lizardking has chosen one way. Ya'll chose not to like that and the behavior of the mods at Creditboards was atrocious. Then the mods and main posters ban him from *their* site and act like immature juveniles and chase him back here! If you want to fight LK, fine, reactivate his account and take your fight back there! We don't need your childish behavior here. I have been a CB member and I am not sure I will go back after this pathetic display! LK, I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. I, for one, have been pro se on many occassions. I have won. Never for credit related stuff, although I am borderline on doing it at this point. I have also successfully sued an ATTY! (and got a $50K settlement!) LKH, Picantel, Radi8, JessicaRabbit may not like what LK has done, but this is his life and his choice. If you folks wish to take the holier-than-thou route, go ahead but keep your holier-than-thou opinion on your own site. --- | | ---> stepping off soapbox.
Then the mods and main posters ban him from *their* site and act like immature juveniles ========================== The Same character flaw that caused them to get all bent out of shape over nothing that lead to them leave this forum. AFTER OVER A YEAR they haven't lost their touch at making mountains out of mole holes. I find it amusing the little kiddies couldn't handle it here picked up their toys and moved to happy ever after land to start their own board and they still can't get along.
A different perspective for y'all to ponder: EVEN THOUGH: 1. If i were one of the moderators over at CB - I most likely would not have banned LK 2. I feel some of the cb moderators could have dealt with the matter in a more appropriate way ----------- HOWEVER: I feel really really uncomfortable with all the creditboards bashing going on here now at creditnet. Lizardking posted the â??I was bannedâ? thread. No problem. Creditboard moderators responded to his post. No problem. We read the the related threads - and formed our own opinions. Cool. Personally- i have no problem with LK and Creditboard moderators - explaining their position here. it's a thread - you don't have to read it if you're not interested. i don't care which site anyone posts on. Why should anyone be told to keep "your holier-than-thou opinion on your own site." i think you should be able to post anywhere you want to post. While i may have a difference of opinion with a few cb'ers in this matter - I wouldn't call them - lb - "immature juveniles." the way i see it - most of the "vets" on all three boards - creditnet, creditboards and artofcredit - have lots of good info to contribute to credit related matters. They may have had - along the way - differences of opinion on how to go about it - but that doesn't warrant them being called "immature juveniles."
This is a cheap-shot thread, SCMomof5, which of these threads was initiated by a member of CBoards????? Lizardking banned on creditboards, by Lizardking: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?postid=413389#post413389 Creditboard members, by SCMomof5: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?postid=413414#post413414 Lizardking going postal, by Lizardking: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=413307#post413307 That's right, just THIS one, by you. Sassy
Re: Re: Creditboard members SCMomof5, Nicely said and to the point. I think that they used the "holly than thou" as an excuse to promote censoring and then bashing LK I am disappointed on the board, and glad that I never made it my home. I do however wish them luck in future endeavors and hope that they learn that being a moderator or owning a site does not raise one to the level of the almighty. If they cannot post objectively then they should stay out of posts or else ban everyone that disagrees with them as LK did until their site will outlive its usefulness.
Re: Re: Creditboard members Well said SCmom. I don't think SCMom is talking exclusively about this most recent Lizardking fiasco. .
Re: Re: Creditboard members All I have to say is, at age 19, I realize we're all adults here. Some people obviously don't. I think it's time to act like adults and put the matter to rest.
