My friend sent a letter to the crediter saying " Not Mine" prove it or remove it. Blah, blah, blah.......They sent a letter to her saying you know your obligations, blah,blah,blah....pretty random letter. What should she send them now?? Thanks

Point of clarification... did your friend send a formal demand for validation (perhaps dressed up with legal references, the Wollman FTC letter, a legal pleading, etc.)? Or was this simply an exchange of informal carping between the two of them? If it was the latter, I would suggest that she jack up the tenor a few octaves and consider embarking on a course of requesting formal validation, estoppel, etc.
