So far i've had 5 account deletions, two new accounts, and a few inquiriies.

Have I been notified once by creditexpert.com by email as promised?? NO!!

Piece of junk. At least equifax's service works as promised..

I've been notified when my entire dispute is complete. They don't notify you for each and every entry disputed.

For example, if you dispute 5 items at one time, that is considered 1 dispute and you will receive one e-mail when the entire dispute is complete, not when each part is done.

no no the site says it will notify you when new accounts are added, inquiries, etc. Just like equifax's service does.

Then to the right it says like

    0 new accounts
0 new collections in past 60 days
    0 new inquiries...

    etc etc..

have you contacted them about this? I wonder about this too. I sent them a question, that they replied to, about their credit score. I got an email regarding my dispute the next day (there were some addresses/names I'd never used on there & they removed them)

Well, they finally 'Verified' me.....YAY, I DO EXIST! I was really worried about that...LOL.

BUT, my L/P they gave me is INVALID so I have to get everything reset. Grrrrrrrrrr. Just what are they thinking?

    Hopefully soon......

I got email notifications for every disputed record.
I cancelled after the free trial though.
I have been trying to get a bogus utility bill that is being reported wrong deleted, but EXP tells me the record was previously deleted, and they won't investigate again. Hmm, who gives the the right to decide how mnay times I can dispute? They are testing my patience.

I don't think they claim that they will notify you if an account is deleted. They will only notify you if something is added. Experian will notify you when you're investigation is complete.

disputes are handled by experian.com not creditexpert.com!! Creditexpert is like equifax's creditwatch. Whenever anything happens, like my accounts age from 0 to 1 , new inquiries, anything!! equifax will email me a link i login and i can see what new has happened..

the experian.com dispute resolution is not part of creditexpert.com and is free, without trial etc..

sam, yes and no. CreditExpert IS Experian. Yes, you do disputes with Experian, but you can do them within the Credit Manager as well. And no I never got emails when just disputing through Experian, whereas I got them when deleting through the CreditExpert Credit Manager. The topic was CreditExpert.com.

i got emails disputing through experian! I joined creditexpert AFTER sending the disputes.

The dispute results (you know you can run two or three simultaneous disputes at once right?) came back from experian with an @experian.com email address.

Hmm, maybe it was just a coincidence that I started getting them after joining CreditExpert. LOL.
