Even though I followed the directions, they never notify me when a dispute is complete. Now, they are reporting my total debt as three times what it actually is, even though my amount of available credit is still the same. I pointed this out to them in an e-mail, and they sent me a form letter saying I had to initiate an investigation if I disagree with the items on my report. I sent another email to tell them that I was pointing out a flaw on their site, and that there is no way to launch an investigation on this, and I got the same response back.

Granted, its not a huge thing, but I'm paying for the options on the site, and there's no way to play around with it if the basic info is wrong. I should have expected as much from anything associated with Experian.

They never notify me of a completion, either. It IS really annoying. I want to slap the hell out of them. : )
