Generally speaking, have you found your creditexpert score to be above or below the actual experian score lenders pull.
I am most anxious to apply for a HELOC but I need at least a 640. I am now at 632 and it is not budging!!!

I think it is impossible to say for certain-- some people have reported higher and some lower. It can vary as much as 50 points either side.

I can't speak for anyone else, but mortgage broker had me at 682 from Experian. Credit Expert has me at 595.

FICO from EQ was 698 which is the score pulled by the mortgage broker. Transunion? Well Transunion SUCKS :)

My EQ and EX reports are almost exactly alike. EX has 1 more hard inquiry (7) then EQ (6) and that is the only detectable difference I can see. My scores are exactly one point apart between the two of them. Keep in mind that this is only in my situation, other people might be very different.

In playing with one of the tools on CE, I think you can get your easiest bang for the buck by getting rid of hard inquiries. Try doc's trick to dump them as much as possible.
