Maybe you already know this, but it just dawned on me (2 months after I cancelled a light bulb goes off).

If you view your Credit Expert (Credit Manager, not CreditXpert) report online, you get a "condensed" version of the report you CAN get.

To get a detailed version, I went to the "Printer Friendly" version (I think, again it has been 2 months)...and I got a much more detailed report, consisting of all the Balance history dates, balances, recent balances and payments...in short MUCH more information than simply viewing it.

Again you all probably knew this, but I rarely print things (I like to save trees) and thought it was the same report just without the graphics...Actually the information even may have been available when clicking on the individual accounts (I dont remember) but this report appears different than any I remember seeing when just viewing online.

Instead of printing it all out, just save it as an HTML file. Works for me :)

Right. We knew that. hehe. I save the file also.

The individual entries on the condensed report are where you can dispute - just in case you didn't notice. ;)
