Janet, I just tried it and didn't have any problems. I pasted the website on here, try it and see it works: www.creditexpert.com Another thing that sometimes happens, especially from my work computer (it is a little bit older and needs to be updated) is that since my protection is limited and out of date some sites won't let me access them. My computer doesn't meet their site qualifications. Dani
It's weird because I've never had problems before. I'm at home and this is the first time it's done this. Another weird thing is I can't even get onto Experian's website. I can get everywhere else, except those two.
