Creditnet we like to think you for sending us a donation to keep the blog going. The money you sent will be use to fight low life deadbeats that defraud creditors. URL REMOVED BY MODERATOR MOD NOTE: This is a habitual poster trying to drive traffic to his blog. Creditnet is not associated with him, nor would we ever donate to his "cause" of putting down anyone who is putting an effort forth to repair his/her credit.
Or pay for adult education classes in English. Maybe you could finally get your GED. You might even qualify for an entry level job at Wall-Mart!
School Some people say by going to school you can be somebody.Sam Walton never went to school and he writes like me.Do I need to say more?
Consumers The creditors are all ears when we cut and paste what you post. What you consumers dont understand is that when you buy on the credit PAY WHEN IT COME DUE.
A major fallacy of your position is your assumption that all accounts that end up with debt collectors are accurate, valid, and actually owed by the party you are attempting to collect from. In some cases they are not, and in many of those cases, the actions of debt collectors have been to attempt to force payment anyway, throwing excuses at consumers about why they don't have to prove the debt is owed. This is both illegal and immoral, regardless of how many legitimate debts they may have in collection. Unfortunately, with the growth in collection of OOS debt, increases in id theft and account fraud, and the increasingly sloppy legal compliance policies of collectors of such debt, parts of your industry are becoming a public nuisance. The existing consumer protection laws affecting debt collection evolved in response to the extremes of behavior of your industry, and since as an industry and profession, you have been unable to enforce acceptable standards of behavior on your peers, we can expect such legal constraints to increase in the future.
The "grandaddy" ID was banned, just as this new one was, and most likely he'll be back under a different name. (s)he should know that no one here does anything illegal. We become educated consumers, we help each other become educated, we use the rules that are already in place. Interesting that there are so many posts here about how people paid their accounts, how some paid only to find the account was not theirs, how CA's have broken rules, and how people who are honest and good come here to get information on how to go about getting on the right credit path. Interesting that (s)he interprets all of that as some kind of underhanded thing. Maybe that person needs to re-read with a different point of view. Is that person so perfect that (s)he never fell into a bad credit situation? Even if the blogger has been perfect, it's not accurate to judge others as bad people due to whatever circumstance got them in a bit of a bind. Maybe what (s)he doesn't like it that consumers are getting educated and now the CA's are not the ones playing the credit game. CA's had a lot of power when they were the only ones who knew the game. And BTW, this forum is available to anyone. Anyone can view it and never register, even CA's, and I'm sure they do since credit is their business, so they don't need your help to know what is posted here. You've not done anything but waste your time and energy and feed a negative feeling that will eat away at a person like a cancer. Take a deep breath, blogger, and realize that no one is trying to escape paying bills. The exact opposite is true. We are gaining information on how to manage our own credit files in the best way to be able to manage our money, our bills, and how to defend ourselves against CA's who sometimes (often) break rules. Mistakes happen from creditors and it is our right to do something about that. You have no right to infringe on our rights - they are your rights too, as a consumer. You and everyone should support the rights we all have. No one here is breaking the rules; we are learning them and learning how to use them. How is that bad? It's not, so take a deep breath and re-think. You have let this get you so bothered that you blog, contact creditors, and make comments here. That anger is not healthy. And unnecessary. Maybe someone just needed to give you a different perspective about what this is about. I hope these posts helped, truely.
Based on references in his blog, the blogger also appears to be upset about how he was treated on www.collectionindustry.com, where mostly debt collectors hang out.
The best companies know the value of good customer service, and delivering a good product as promised in exchange for payment by their customers. The rest shouldn't expect their shoddy customer service, followed by sending accounts to collection when they don't make good, to result in a level of business success they don't deserve. Bad doctors bury their mistakes. Bad businesses send them to collection.
This guy is just amusing. Look at this quote I got from his blog: "I'am such of a deadbeat that I spend all my of free time reeding a bnuch of forums and reading what the peoples say and then I don't like what they say so I'm going to tell on them. and then waist more of my time updaiting and promuting my bloge insted of taking a frickin English class." What a complete moron. By the way, Sam Walton actually had goals in life, and didn't waste his time with his thumb jammed up his *nose* playing second grade tattle tail on everyone.
