Does Creditnet have a sister website at
    creditnet.8m.com????

Of course not, but take a look at this one.
    http://creditnet.8m.com

Yep. Its a free website to boot.

    (LOL)

Even the Russians have their creditnet.

Hey, I won a prize for being the 42761178th visitor!

Do you know how many times I have been the 42761178th visitor to a website???

Well, I seriously doubt that creditnet can do much about the Russian web site but the 8m. web site clearly violates this creditnet's domain rights in my opinion.

I'm willing to bet a dime to a donut that if creditnet pursues the issue that counter will spin in a different direction real quick.

    The 'creditnet' in http://creditnet.8m.com
is just a subdomain of 8m.com. I don't think you could make a case against them.

Not against freeservers.com who also own 8m.com as a subdomain but against the person or company who set up the freebie creditnet web site on their server.

In all probability the only thing this creditnet would have to do is send a nasty email to freeservers.com and complain that the site violates their domain and/or tradename rights and it would be gone in a heartbeat.

Well, usually people don't use their subdomains in this fashion.

But seeing as how the 'other' creditnet has created a logo/banner, you are right about sending a nasty letter.
