Ya'll this is horrible and I desperately need your help! Some of you know that I am suing some debt collectors/creditors. I swear that I have been working on my complaint for a couple of weeks now. I am so frustrated, I am about in tears. I don't want a pity party, honestly. I am not stupid. I just can't, for the life of me, get it accomplished. I write and delete and write some more and then delete.

I am home this weekend trying to get it done while my family is somewhere else. Where "I" really should be! This has TOTALLY consumed me! I am a perfectionist by nature and I can't publish something that I don't feel 100% sure it can't be any better.

And, you know me, "Chatty Cathy", I can't say anything unless I give every single detail and add all of the adjectives so that I know I painted a vivid picture. When it comes to law, I know that you need to get to point and say just enough to get that point across without muddying up the water. It's just not in me! Please. . . Someone take me aside and help me!

I have 4 complaints to write. In know that once I get one down, I'll be able to do the other three, no problems.

I have no fear of standing up in court and facing the judge, articulating my case, etc. I just cannot get this simple "justice court" complaint written. I should have gotten two of them out last week and another one out next week.

PLEASE HELP. email, call collect. something.)

    ***LOOK. . .I AM GROVELING!!

    Cathy,

I'd be glad to help you out. Just need some details. You're sueing CA's I got that much. Now, are these the first letters/correspondence you'll be sending any of them? Are the debts within SOL? Are they small or large debts?

I have several templates (validation, estoppel, intent to sue, ) that I could post or e-mail for you, if that'll help.

    Just let me/us know.

I think what Cathy is asking for is the actual complaint against the defendants, EG: the CA and Creditors.

Do you mean specific sections of the FCRA and FDCPA?

Thank you so-o-o much! I was working on it while awaiting some response.

Give me a minute. Or two. Or three. I will post what I have. See if it makes sense to you. I used Whysper's complaint as a guideline. (Thanks Whyspers).

I am suing in Justice court.

    Be back in a minute.

BTW, mindcrime, I am suing these debt collectors and creditors. I have already sent them my Intent to Sue letters giving them a certain amount of time to respond before litigation. No responses. Just more collection letters, etc. I have the generic form for the complaint from my local courthouse. I now need to type up my complaint. I am about to post my first complaint to a debt collector.
