Have any of you actually been sued by a creditor over a credit card debt? Or by a collection agency over a credit card debt? How much did you owe when sued? Lizardking got my interest in another thread when he said he just stopped paying his credit card bills and ignored them. It seems the cc companies and CA's say they will sue, but I am curious how often they actually do sue.
A LOT OF TIMES THE "HUFF AND PUFF" AND THREATEN!!! AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH... I HAVE NO FIRST HAND EXPERENCE WITH ANY CA...
First Select filed suit against me in February of 2000. It was for a credit card charge-off of $2300.
