I owe a gym that was part of a nationally known franchise. Each gym is individually owned and operated. This gym has been out of business for 2+ years and the $300 owed them goes back to 1998. A CA has this own my report with EX. With my aim towards removal, does anyone have any suggestions on how I should attack this? I have not contacted anyone as yet. Also, I never paid any monthly dues from the start except the $1 down payment. I still have the contract and wonder if the CA does? Can this CA continue to pursue with the gym now defunct?

the only way you will find out if the CA has the contract is by sending validation letter, this should be your first step.
