I have two good credit reports - TransUnion and Experian -- and two erroneous charge-offs that are taking forever to clear off my Equifax report. Can anyone help me with names of any credit card companies that don't check Equifax?
RE: Creditors that don't use e I have been dealing with Equifax over the internet. You first have to call for a credit report. Then on the credit report there is a number that can be punched in on the site "https://www.econsumer.equifax.com/eisc" I have had very good luck with them. It takes about 30 days to update your file online. Make sure that you print out your confirmation number so that every week you can go to the site and check on the progress of the update of your report. It really is easier than talking on the phone with them.
