I pulled EQ this morning - no problem. I turned around immediately to pull DH's. (6:30 this morning). I keep getting a message system unavailable. Now, their Agent of Service just received ITS on 5/29 from DH. Is it coincidence, or do they have him blocked now? Anybody else having problems?
I was able to pull my creditwatch this morning with no problems. I know that others on the board have had problems with pulling CW after they started legal proceedings (ie ITS or filing a suit). I think that if you get put into the special handling department, then they somehow stop you from using CW. It's definitely not right; you paid for a service and they are stopping you from using that service. Is it also possible that somehow his report got split? I 've seen ppl having trouble pulling CW when that has happened to their file.
I had problems for a month - always the same "System Temporarily Unavailable" stuff. I finally hit the roof on one of my calls to the customer service line. They fixed it that afternoon. The said, with each call, that they were sorry for the delay, but they ". . . had so many of these things." I assumed they meant this is a problem effecting many different Credit Watch customers. If it makes any difference, I still have "unlimited" usage (which means daily). I also have pulled my report almost every working day since I started this last October. Yup, I'm obsessed, but I only need three more points to hit 800! Call them and raise hell!
Well, I got a letter from a paralegal at CSC today. They are in the process of investigating my concerns, and will send me the results of our investigation upon completion (I gave them 5 days from receipt - that would be Saturday). "Please note CSC has taken your file off line. This is for your protection (ROFLMAO) until we are assured the information we are reporting is accurate. LOL, at least I have a name and fax number for them now...
Re: Re: Creditwatch - Coincidence? LOL, I agree George, the letter should read "For our protection, so you can't find anything else to sue us about, we have taken it offline until we can figure out where we screwed up". See, day 31 on another dispute expired 6/1. It was never marked "under investigation" as is their normal procedure. I can't pull a report to see if they updated it!
