I posted here on Monday that I could not get my credit report on Creditwatch. I signed up last week and got one report. When I called, they told me the system was down and that it would be months before it would be fixed. I could not get my report until then. When I posted this, a few of you said it was total bs and that you could still access your reports.

Tried again yesterday and got the "busy" message and they said they would contact me when it was not busy. Never heard from them.

Tried again today and it said to call. Was told it was still down and it would be months until it was fixed.

They said they would call me in a couple months when it is fixed.

Last week, I had no hard inquiries in over a year. I had maybe 50 soft inquiries in the last year. So, I don't think I have the inquiry problem some of you have reported having.

On another note, they did give me a new address for no paticular reason yesterday. I've lived here for three years.

Has anyone gotten a report in the last two days? What are they doing?

A couple more thoughts on this. First, when I signed up, they said there was a free 30 day trial and then you could pay for one year. It was clear from their literature that it was 30 days plus one year, or 13 months total. When I got the verification, it showed the expiration date as 05/29/03. 12 months, not thirteen as promised.

Today, they agreed to send me a hard copy of my report at no cost. I wonder if they will send me one each day if I want to see my report each day. I used to check CE daily, but promised myself that I would check creditwatch only weekly.

I can cancel it, but am hesitant because I got the special $25 deal and I doubt I can get it again.

    They will never contact you!

(Not to be redundant but, ) they will never call you.

This happened to me for about a month(May). I tried to pull reports and got the same two messages. Then all of a sudden I was able to get a report. Then it decided not to give me any more reports. THEN on May 29th, it gave me "unlimited access". Since then I have been able to oull new reports every 24hrs.

The system is screwed up. IMHO I would NOT cancel because you got it for $25 bucks. Just keep trying. Once your 30 day free trial is over, call them and request that you not be charged until the service works consistently. Basically demand free service until it works to your liking.

    hope this helps
