Hi all Anybody else having problems getting reports and scores from Equifax CreditWatch? I have tried for the last three weeks and keep getting error messages that they are backed up and I will be emailed when my report is ready.
Yes. Keep trying. It will work. But, they will not contact you. They kept telling me on the phone that the whole system was down and would not be fixed for months. But, it is working for me now. If you call and ask, they will mail you a hard copy. I know it is slow and defeats the purpose of signing up for online access, but I suspect you will be moved to the top of the "fix" list if they have to mail you too many.
Sending this to them fixed the problem for me. Mine works every time now. I just spoke with Equifax on the phone. They told me my file has become too large to view online due to too many inquires. Sheesh the only inquiries I have are from pulling my report online! Any suggestions on disputing the inquiries with Equifax?
