I signed up for the creditwatch special about six weeks ago and get my report and FICO score once a week.

Today I signed in and got my report, but it would not give me a score. It wanted payment for it. I know it is included. Does anyone know what is up? Or, am I doing something wrong?

The normal sequence is that I ask for a new report. When that comes on the screen, it says "click here for a new score". In the past, it has taken me to a page with my score. Today, it would only take me to the order page where I could order it.

    Any help is appreciated.

THE $24.95 "UNLIMITED" (one day special deal) or $69.95 "UNLIMITED" one is what you signed up for...or the $38.85 for 4 reports???

When this happened to me, I called Equifax customer service and was told that, because I put everything on my report "in dispute", their software couldn't give me a score because there wasn't anything there with which to generate a score. Sure enough, after the disputes were resolved, I was able to again access a score with each report (one report and score per 24-hour period).

I was lucky enough to get the one day special for $24.95.

Nothing is in dispute, so there is no reason for me to not get a score.

    Any other ideas?

    SIGN ON...
    CLICK ON "GET ANOTHER ONE"
    CLICK ON "GET YOUR SCORE"

If you can't get your score...E-MAIL or call on the phone...they have a PROBLEM on their end...

When I was doing the 4 for 3 deal...I had to WASTE one report because I had a "DEFECTIVE" one...

I tried again and it worked. It was not me or anything I did. It just was not working earlier. Thanks for your help.

I lost one point for two inquiries last week. My first inquiries in over a year.

Here is another question along the same lines. Ten days ago, I signed up for Voicestream at their company store. I asked who they pulled. The clerk called and was told Equifax. Then the manager came out and said they always pull Equifax. Bottom line is that they could not approve me because there was a problem with my address not matching. They told me I would need my social security card. So I went home to get it.

I could not get back to that Voicestream store, but instead went to another one. Again I asked who they pulled and was told they always pull Equifax. The clerk did another credit report, told me I had perfect credit and approved me.

When I checked EQ today, there is no inquiry at all from Voicestream. Only the two from my computer purchase (about four days after my Vociestream purchase).

Any ideas why it is not showing up?

I just signed up for Credit Manager. Different problem. Gives me a score, but no CR. Called customer service, they said they could be updating my report or there might be a problem w/fraud.
    Any ideas?
