CreditWatch Question

    I ordered creditwatch service, and i'm trying to firgure out how to get an updated score. I have read some previous posts but could not find out how to do this. I have read one post, it states that you have to wait 24hrs before you can attempt it again. But the problem is i don't know where or how to do it....

    Here's what I'm getting today when I click on "get a new one:"

    "Thank you for your interest! Our records show that you have already ordered this product. Please return to the MyEquifax section to access the products and services you've ordered. If you believe this to be an error, please contact our Customer Care department at customer.care@equifax.com or 1-888-532-0179, 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 Midnight Eastern Time Zone."

    Then theres a button that just sends you back to the "MyEquifax" page--it's an endless loop.

    This happened yesterday, too, but I just kept trying during the day and eventually it "gave me a new one."

    I had the same problem, so I called them. They told me you have to wait 24 hours before you order a new report, or you get that message. Too bad they don't use calendar date instead of 24-hour period.
