I tried to order CreditWatch to find out what all the fuss was about, but it said my score was not available so I would not be charged. Anyway, I call the support number and their rep tells me that there is a "technical problem" that will not allow me access. I ask her what it is and she says she doesn't know the details, but will send me a free credit report via snail mail. Also says that when I get report I should call toll-free number, tell them I spoke with her and to fix the glitch so I could get a score. Has anyone else run into this problem?
