I signed up last week with Docs $25 special. No problems. I pulled my report once last week. Just went to use it a second time and it said to call customer service. The CS guy told me CW is down for maintenance and he would notify me by email when it was up again. I asked if he was talking about hours or days. He said they are talking months before it will be up again.

He suggested I cancel and then sign up again when they get it up. I declined because I have the $25 deal and he said they will extend it by how ever long the thing is down.

Anyone else getting this or is this just some BS?

Creditwatch has been fine for me, just logged in and pulled a new report, sounds like BS to me!

    Top rated BS indeed.

Looks like Equifax is EAGER to get a class action going. I'd bet if you threaten them, all of a sudden your file would be available again. Just like the "too many soft INQs" BS.

Did anyone get past the "too many soft inquiries" issue? That was supposedly my problem, and I want my Credit Watch back!

EXCESSIVE "SOFT" PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED...once you "LOOK" at them...have them DELETED!!!

    All 1 year + DELETE...
    If that doesn't do it...
    6 months + DELETE!!!

They say they CAN'T~~~THAT'S A LIE!!!

Does anyone remember what that thread was called, it was lizardking having the problem with soft inquiries it seems like and then a whole bunch of others chimed in.

Then Doc found his magic hat ;-)

That's the thread milkmom needs concurrently.

Does anyone remember the resolution they could relay to milkmom beyond Doc getting a new hat?

What GEORGE means is, since soft inquries are seen only by us, and allegedly do not affect our score, there is no valid reason for the CRA to not delete them so that we can access our credit reports online.

UPDATE: Just tried it again. Got the message that it was too busy and they will notify me by email when I can access it. Maybe they got their problem fixed?
