One from a CA/Attorney filing a civil warrant against me, One for a company that did the same but neglected to mention they put an inquiry on my Credit report, and One that is an idiot for threatening to sue me cause they wouldn't verify anything. Its gonna get nasty.....for them...
Kiyi, The $49.00 price was if you joined they're service before the price hike to $69.00 - I was one and got it at the lower price. As for those lawsuits, you sure are the busy one arent you? I seriously doubt these will ever get to court - those idiots will make a deal with you before the date. Its so cool to see everyone now standing up to these !@#$$%%^^. Sal, I am scared to death about these, but I know I will win two out of the three for sure and if I don't go through with it then they will be on my butt forever. There is no doubt about those, Currently, I been having a problem getting a few of the people that turned me down to send me a letter why I was turned down, so I can show them in court why I consider this kind of harrassment against my well-being to deserve being in front of a judge. Go one on July 9, 2002 and two more coming up shortly.
