    Hi Herb,

Following a post on CardWeb, I've checked Pulaski's card ( http://www.pulaskibank.com/ ), which seem to be one of the best Visa cards. It requires perfect credit.

It has an annual fee of $35, but NO CASH ADVANCE FEES, and the APR for ALL transactions (including cash advances) is 7.99%.

No a bad deal :) Your thoughts?

That is a good deal. I am not adverse to paying the annual fee. It is worth $35 a year to have access to a line of at least $5000 to take advantage of great financial opportunities. Making 19.7% APR and exercising my credit.

A 19.7%-yield in today's stock market? What are you, a magician?

I am not a magician. That is what CreditWorks has been paying its members since 1996. CreditWorks does not always make 19.47% APR on the loans, but they are a corporation and can afford the tax deductions and pass them along to the stockholders.
