ok, I'm going to attempt to settle my bill with a CA that took over the CO from CCB called Midland Credit Managment out of Cali ( I have to contact them about the offer and see if thay will remove the TL .. But first i'm sending a Verifi letter to CCB since they have no obligation to the debt anymore...reading some of the CCB posts makes me feel like thay will not remove the TL from my TU & EQ reports...am i wrong going to war this way. THX
