It is one of the class actions...in CA I believe...apparently CCB has offered a wimpy settlement...realize agreeing to one, typically precludes you from joining another that busts their b***s harder than this one does...what I read of the settlement is a waste... My suggestion would be to e-mail Lsebas@aol.com for advice if you receive a settlement offer....
