Has anybody had any luck getting Cross Country Bank to remove a Charge Off, I have heard mixed reactions, some say they back down and some say they are truly a pain, I have retained Lexington Law to help me with this, I is a true Identity theft, where someone got my ID and Checking account and had duplicaet checks of mine made,
