I have disputed a charge-off that I have with Cross Country. They are showing a balance of $45. I paid this in full with NCO two years ago, but this continues to get verified. I even spoke to someone in recovery (long distance) and he wouldn't budge. How can I get them to report the 0 bal.??
This will be a difficult one. Cross Country Bank has a very long record of poor handling of accounts, ignoring laws and they have been party to several previous and current class action suits. Customer service is non existent to this credit card issuer.
