I sent a settlement letter, CRRR of course, to a company in the same town. I also sent two other CRRRs at the same time to cities thousands of miles away. The two other cities have receivied their letters and sent back the green cards. But my local letter, according to the "track and confirm," was only "accepted" into the system at the post office the day I mailed it. This was almost three weeks ago. I can't get any kind of information from the USPS, who say whatever is on the track and confirm is correct. But surely that cannot be right! Any ideas of how else to address this, other than just calling the company and asking if they got it? I'd like to have the paper trail. Thanking in advance. peace, delilah
