Just a quick question. What is the benefit of sending a dispute through the mail certified return receipt versus just sending it return receipt? Either way we have proof that they received the dispute right? (Incase you can't tell, I'm cheap.)

    Thanks,

You cannot get RRR without it being certified.

it does not have to be 'just' certified, I should have elaborated. You cannot get RRR on a first class letter, therfore CRRR is the cheapest way to go, the other ways (which I do not recall what they are) are more expensive than CRRR
