CSC appears to now be updating the NOTES section (not the STATUS field) of TL's that are in dispute so that it shows to be in dispute, yet doesnt make your score go down at all :/ for scores to be affected in CSC coverage area they would have to update the STATUS field as well during your dispute period. just fyi. I hate CSC. bastages.
