I sent off my disputes for two accounts on 7-28-02. I call CSC around 8-31-02 to ask them the results. They said that they had no evidence that I sent a dispute. Meanwhile on the other side(OC) I rattled them with request and got them to the point that they most likely wouldn't verify. So the lady tells me she will look for my dispute and for me to call back around 4 days. I call back. I hint that I have proof I sent the dispute. This is 9-4-02, and she said that it would be deleted or account history deleted. Do you think they are just trying to make time for themselves. I should have had this in my hands by now. Im getting really scared that they are just going to take another week and verify. This outfit is very difficult to deal with. Also they are very hard to get a hold of. No live person, you go through a list of prompts and then they hang up. I have a letter from their legal dept with a direct number that I use, if anyone needs it just ask.
